- A commission may be cancelled due to rude behavior, rushing, poor communication, or personal reasons.
- If cancelled, any refund (if applicable) will be based on the progress made.

- No refunds once work has started.
- All payments must include taxes and fees.
- Chargebacks are not allowed.
- Refunds (if any) are done via Robux only (gamepass or group).
